Diane Bell lived around the corner from me...on Grevillea. Her house is where I voted for the first time, her mother Virginia, also graduated from Inglewood High School. After graduation, she married William A. Holliday and they had a son, JR, but they called him Butch. He had problems, and was in Special Education. Diane and Bill had he in the Special Olympics as a runner and a swimmer. One summer, while camping in their motor home, Butch saved a little girls life in the river....a very special guy. Diane died from Breast Cancer and her wish was that all of us girls would get the tests and catch it early and survive. She and Bill had a wonderful marriage. Diane Tollefson
