My career has been in electronics & pro/broadcast video engineering since IHS, El Camino and UCLA days. I served 6 years in Calif. Army National Guard. I moved to Fountain Valley (O.C.), CA in 1980. I retired in Aug. 2001 and found now I never have enough time! So many "to do" projects. For the last twelve years I have been enjoying collecting, restoring & writing about Early Ford V8 & Mercury cars (1932-1953 era). I have four classic flathead V8s now. I am active in The Early Ford V8 Club of America. I hope to see everyone who can make it to our 50th Anniversary Reunion. This will be my first. |

The past 50 years have been packed with good and bad. I worked as a LA Co.Deputy Sheriff for 15 years 1965-1980 when I decided to be a full time Mom. Was active in the PTA for many years. I have been involved in sports with my childen, coaching softball, and play some myself, with a ladies softball team, until the body wouldn't cooperate with me. I live on a mini ranch, raising horses, pigs, and even milking goats for a number of years, yes City girl tuned farmer, down to just horses and dogs.cats and fish. I have been fortunate to do some world travel. Three years ago my daughter and a friend travelled Europe for six weeks six countries (don't do it that way). I am blessed to be a survivor and Thank our Lord. I very much enjoyed seeing all of our classmates that attended the 50 year reunion, I am thankful I was able to attend, God Bless Our Class. |

I am living on the ocean 40 miles north of Boston in Rockport, MA...a long way from Inglewood, CA. After spending 39 years of university teaching in Boston , and doing real estate development on the side, I am now happily retired, writing a book on the Grand Canyon, and enjoying my family and grandchildren. My wife, Donna, and I have a son and daughter, and 4 grandchildren. Life is good. I am looking forward to seeing how time has made us all wiser. |
